ABOUT BROTHER THOMAS

KRS36.jpg

Brother Robert Thomas currently serves as the Alabama Achievement Week Chairman.

Brothers, I am familiar with the duties of the Keeper of Records and Seal, having served as the Basileus for two terms, Vice-Basileus for two terms, Chapter Editor/Recorder for two terms and Keeper of Peace for two terms. These positions prepared me for the duties of Alabama Keeper of Records and Seal.

BROTHERS!  I am sincerely convinced that my educational background and professional experience uniquely qualify me as an exceptional candidate for the position of Alabama Keeper of Records and Seal.  My professional experience as a Grants Manager for the Department of Homeland Security included managing the disbursement and budgeting of 22.8 million dollars for the State of Alabama without any discrepancies, was recognized nationally and by the State of Alabama.

For more than 28 years with the last 10 years as a first sergeant of my military career, I’ve had professional opportunities to develop and administer effective change, which included the lives of individuals within an organization that protected the way we currently serve as OMEGA MEN.  Currently, my responsibilities as the  Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Operations Section Chief offer additional significant qualifications for the position of Keeper of Records and Seal for the State of Alabama.
